Astrophotos from my 2005 SSO trip

All photos were taken with an old-fashioned 35mm SLR with a 50mm f2 something lens, 800 ASA film and one minute exposures on a stationary tripod. Images were taken on the ground beside the 40 inch telescope building.

My favorite image, the Magellanic Clouds rising over the 2.3m "dome".

The galactic center was straight overhead!

Back toward home, Cygnus upside down!
