8 are brighter than V=11, leaving only 7 available for observing with the 40 inch.

LPH069 (J1037.5-5647, V=11.3), LPH071 (1118-615, V=12.1), LPH100 (J1826.2-1450, V=11.2), LPH107 (1845.0-0433, V=14.0).
